Tatiana Hernandez-Davila is a paralegal at Lee & Peynado Immigration Law Group. She holds a Master of Laws Degree from Georgia State University College of Law and a Paralegal Certificate from the University of Georgia. Originally from Venezuela where she is a licensed attorney, she holds a Law Degree and a Specialization in Procedural Law from the Universidad Central de Venezuela. With an extensive experience in the legal field that includes legal practice and teaching (Law School) in Venezuela, as well as immigration, personal injury, workers compensation, international corporate and aviation in the U.S., she handles Immigration matters from start to end. Before joining to Lee & Peynado Immigration Law Group as a paralegal , she worked as Paralegal and Senior Legal Consultant in different firms and corporations. Mrs. Hernandez-Davila is a member of the Atlanta Bar Association and the State Bar of Georgia (Student Membership). She enjoys volunteering for different non-profits organizations and helping others in every way possible. As an immigrant herself, Mrs. Hernandez-Davila understands the meaning of being an immigrant, she feels a strong empathy with the particular needs of our clients and recognizes the importance of obtaining and maintaining a legal status in the U.S. She speaks English and Spanish.
